Senior Performance Development Specialist Leadership Development & Continuity Planning

Are you a natural leader with a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Human Resources with five or more years of experience in leadership development, assessment, and succession planning? If so, you may be well-suited for an opening in the Leadership Development & Continuity Planning Department on the Edward Jones team. Duties include managing the leadership development center and working on succession planning.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of the Leadership Development Center for the field including:
- Facilitate sessions
-Revise the Leadership Development Center
-Measure its effectiveness
Assist with firm-wide leadership development and continuity projects
Interpret and provide feedback on full circle feedback data and psychological assessment data.

Requirements:
-A Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related area is required; Ph.D. preferred.
-Five or more years of experience in leadership development and succession planning
-Experience in consulting with business areas on leadership development and succession planning
-Experience working with psychological assessment data and full circle feedback data
-Advanced stand-up training and facilitation skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Data base and statistical analysis skills.
-Strong project management skills
