Senior Process Engineer

The company based in Lewis Center, Ohio is currently a seeking highly motivated and qualified candidate for Senior Process Engineer.? Come to Ohio and help build the fuel cell industry.

The successful applicant will lead process development for the fabrication of solid oxide fuel cell components.? Job responsibilities will include:

o?????? Hands-on optimization of experimental processes, interpretation of experimental data

o?????? Documentation, standardization and ownership of QA/QC issues

o?????? Transition experimental processes to a manufacturing team

o?????? Train and manage a team of 2-4 technical personnel

o?????? Communicate results and improvements through written reports and oral presentations

o?????? Investigate, recommend and implement methods to improve quality and reduce costs during scale up of processes required to meet product volume demand.

o?????? Manage costs and resource utilization while achieving project goals.???

Critical qualifications include a B.S. or M. S. in Materials or Ceramic Engineering, and experience (5+ years) in ceramic fabrication, with particular preference for prior experience in tape casting and electronics manufacturing.? Self-motivated candidates with strong communication skills are preferred.?
