We are seeking experienced IC Product Engineers to join our Worcester team.

 

In this position you will be responsible for product characterization, qualification, yield analysis, yield improvement, and product sustaining. You will be responsible for improving margins of existing products through test time reduction and yield improvement. Must be familiar with reliability testing, basic failure analysis, semiconductor automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.

 

This position requires interface with many various groups within the company. Clear communication skills are essential.

 

Experience with bench setups, evaluations of semiconductors, micro probing, knowledge of CMOS basics, device physics including BiCMOS, semiconductor high voltage structures is necessary.

 

The qualified candidate will possess a BSEE or equivalent plus a minimum of five years experience in the semiconductor industry as a product engineer, an in-depth understanding of analog integrated circuits, experience with circuit analysis, device test methodology, statistical analysis, understanding of semiconductor physics, and working knowledge of both Bipolar and CMOS process technologies.
