 Senior Product Engineer  (Automotive)

 

Responsible for the product engineering support of the Automotive segment Power discrete and application specific MOSFET?s. This primarily entails new product introduction, qualification coordination and troubleshooting yield and quality problems at wafer and package level. A ?hands on? engineering approach will be required using both bench and ATE equipment for characterization and product debugging. 

 

The candidate should have good semiconductor device knowledge and be familiar with Automotive AEC Q100 or 101 standards. Requires, as a minimum, a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and 5 years experience in a similar engineering field using MOS and/or BiCMOS technology.
