Senior Test / Product Engineer - Analog / Mixed Signal ICs
All phases of the development of Analog / Mixed Signal ICs, including definition,
design, test simulation, debug, characterization and release to manufacturing,
top level simulations of trim & test modes, designing schematics,
directing PCB layout of ATE hardware
Requirements:
- BSEE, MSEE
- 5+ years experience in test development for CMOS or Bipolar analog / mixed-signal ICs
either Power management ICs - LDO, switchers, battery chargers etc.
or Linear ICs - Amplifiers etc.
- strong ATE hardware and software development skills
- proficiency in C/C++ programming
- component-level circuit design skills
- bench characterization skills
- strong verbal and written communications skills
- strong technical analytical and troubleshooting skills
