Job Description:
Serves as primary client contact for multiple projects in excess of $2,500,000 of construction costs. Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Serves as a technical advisor and perform QC on ongoing projects within the department and will also, serve as a deputy.
Is responsible for achieving 4 for 4 performance on each project (Quality Work, On Time, Within Budget and to the clients satisfaction).

Key factors for success:

1) Must have a proven track record in leading winning pursuits for large DOT projects.
2) Excellent communication and writing skills and be able to work in the Client's office. Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule.
3) Ability to deal with public.
4) Familiarity with all of the financial aspects that are associated with a multi-million dollar projects.
5) Experience in developing group with a mixture of engineers, technicians and senior PM's.



Job Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
15+ years experience bridge retrofit analysis design, preparation of PS&E docutments, and management
PE License.
