Senior Project Manager Position

Professional position available for a Senior Project Manager in charge of projects for a major client occupying multiple sites in Los Angeles County, California.??

??????????? We are seeking an experienced (5+ years) Mechanical Engineer with advanced project management skills. In addition to extensive mechanical knowledge and working experience with mechanical systems, ideal candidates will have experience in the following:

???????? Managing/documenting the bid process on maintenance projects over $100K? for campus-type environments.

???????? Interfacing with contractors/conducting walk-throughs.

???????? Overseeing all aspects of the installation/construction process.

???????? Attending client meetings/write/issue engineering/facility reports.

???????? Maintaining and updating client paperwork.

???????? Overseeing 20 employees on a daily basis.

???????? Troubleshooting facility maintenance problems.

???????? Interfacing with other disciplines on design issues.

???????? Writing proposals/work-scopes/bid documents.

???????? Maintaining/managing campus-type facilities and buildings.

???????? Maintaining clear communication with NY Office on all matters.
