Senior R & D Engineer

Job Description: This requires an engineering leader for the New technology team. Working closely with the business unit development director to create a future project strategy for product teams This will include investigating new developments and identifying new technologies Identify and develop technical partnerships for various group. This will involve utilizing external resources to pursue potential research projects. Establish and monitor the annual Engineering SGA requirements, including any capital expenditures
Team Development. Identify team development through regular appraisals and performance reviews. .

Job Requirements:

* Mechanical Engineering degree; scientific degree would also be preferred
* 5+ years experience working in a multidiscipline, technical role
