Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Senior RF Engineer for an opportunity in our Wireless Innovations Group (WIG) located in the Lynchburg, Virginia area.  

The Senior RF Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and analysis of the RF components of RF signal distribution systems.

Responsibilities Include:

Circuit design, schematic generation, PCB layout, using test instruments to test, debug and qualify designs, and all activity necessary to release a design to production.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a BSEE with 7 - 10+ years of design experience.

Expertise in RF upconverter, downconverter, LO, and modulator/demodulator design up to 3 GHz.

In-depth knowledge of RF circuit theory and available components and subassemblies to implement high performance low-cost RF designs.

Solid understanding of microstrip design techniques.

Proficient in use of RF design, simulation, and layout tools.

Proven design-to-cost and manufacturability experience.
