Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Roadway Project Manager will be to oversee all aspects of roadway and highway engineering design from client programming, site feasibility analysis, final design and through construction phase services. Experience should include urban and rural highway interchanges, bridges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, preparation of concept alignments, geometrical layout and CADD base alignment plans. Must have coordinated survey, grading, drainage and utilities and layout of various site items. Project management experience required includes proposal through close-out responsibility, including client relations, schedule, financials, and quality reviews. Is responsible to coordinate workload of project design team. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis.

Job Experience:
BSCE required/MSCE a plus
PE
10+ years experience managing the plans, specifications and estimate process for roadway design projects
