Senior Scientist

This individual will be responsible for leading growth initiatives for Powdered Beverages and/or Ready to Drink Beverages. Responsibilities include leading technical development activities, participating on cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations), maintaining key linkages with internal / external technical resources (Nutrition Applications, Regulatory, External Development Houses, Ingredient Suppliers). Required:
- BS/MS in Food Science
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience Product Development
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable in working in matrix environment
- Strong project management skills
