Requirements:
?Recent experience with in-house, open source or commercial IR systems.
?At least two years experience with high traffic, database-driven Web applications.
?Strong background with Object-oriented design and implementation.
?Strong background in relational database design.
?At least 2 years experience with large scale, high performance systems.
?Experience with SQL, Oracle, JDBC, J2EE application servers, JSP and servlets.
?Minimum 4 years experience in software development with at least 2 year in Java programming.
?Good communication skills.
?Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from a reputed US University.

Desired:

?Significant research experience in information retrieval, machine learning, or a related field
?Demonstrated contribution to a large-scale web search or e-commerce application
?Strong background in statistics
?At least 1 year experience leading a team of at least 3 developers
?You will be responsible for a implementation of a significant area of our platform, and will be a key contributor to the design of the areas you work in.
