Senoir Project Engineer

Senior level engineering position with responsibility for driving new product, capacity and capability expansion, cost reduction, automation and manufacturing improvement projects in multiple facilities in North America.General Responsibilities: - Participate in the identification and justification of new product opportunities and manage all, or portions of the implementation.
- Manage/implement cost reduction, automation and equipment upgrade projects.
- Manage capacity expansion projects.
- Specification, purchase and installation of manufacturing equipment.
- Documentation, training and start-up associated with equipment and manufacturing facilities.
- Manage projects to improve plant and process layouts for optimum material flow and manufacturing efficiency, with current or acquired facilities.Skills:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Can apply comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles,concepts, practices and theories.
- Microsoft Office, CAD.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Efficient and detail oriented project management skills.
- Knowledge of machine controls is a plus.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 8 years experience.
