Service Sales Engineer

Vaisala Measurement Systems division's is looking for a Service Sales Engineer to join the North America Services team in Tucson, AZ.

Service Sales Engineer will be responsible to achieve assigned maintenance contract and service sales goals by proposing and selling service contracts, spare parts, repairs and extended warranty. Working in close cooperation with customers the position holder will develop and maintain good customer relations both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
* Manage existing service contracts
* Propose and sell new service contracts, renewals, spare parts, repairs and extended warranty
* Develop the services offering in close cooperation with the Business Units
* Participate in the Operations Process by actively contributing to Quotation Review and Project Review 3 phases
* Identify and demonstrate a clear understanding of customers' needs

Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred with a minimum of three years of experience in technical sales
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications
* Capability of discussing technical issues with customers
* Experience in maintenance and service work environment is preferred
* Self-starter, results oriented and well organized
