Absolutely non-negotiable requirements:
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Good communication skills
* Motivated to do what it takes to get the job done
* College Graduate with a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering
* Demonstrated Process simulation experience
* Excellent Thermodynamics understanding
* Excellent Programming skills in Fortran
* Permanent legal right to work in the United States
