Directs and oversees land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site locations required for telecommunication installations. Oversees market real estate acquisition operations, Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows timeline. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects. May serve as a point of contact for the community and/or governmental agencies. May be involved in managing zoning regulations. May act in a lead capacity in directing the work of others.




May require a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the real estate field with experience in telecommunications along with real estate broker license. Comprehensive knowledge of variety of the real estate and telecommunication concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requires minimum 5 years experience.
