Pennoni Associates Inc., a 40-year old multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm, employing more than 700 professional, technical, and administrative personnel in 18 domestic offices throughout Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Tennessee, and among the ENR Top 500 Design Firms, as well as the Top 100 ?Pure? Designers, is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated DIVISION MANAGER to lead the Site/Civil Engineering group in our Andover, Massachusetts office.
Portfolio includes local, state, and federal government, private, commercial, industrial, and construction clients, as well as other professional firms. Our services include site design/landscape architecture, environmental and storage tank management, industrial hygiene, building systems, municipal engineering, geotechnical engineering, transportation, Intelligent Transportation systems, underwater inspections and marine engineering, water/wastewater, structural engineering, inspection and testing, laboratory testing, NBIS bridge inspection, survey, and industrial process.
Qualified candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering, a Massachusetts or New Hampshire P.E. license, and a minimum ten years? experience in New England land development/civil engineering/construction management type projects, with a minimum of three years? experience in a senior leadership role as an office/division manager. Experience with MHD and NHDOT projects is desirable. Excellent technical writing, communication, and organizational skills, as well as being a team player that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
Responsibilities include supervision and mentoring of civil engineering staff, senior project engineering/management including cost estimating, project accounting, and quality control, as well as proposal preparation, marketing/business development, and client relations. Demonstrated ability to present a clear understanding of engineering methods and solutions to clients and regulatory review personnel is critical.
