The Job Duties include:

- Site Planner must have excellent operational CAD/presentation software background to produce internal/external documentation for all aspects of plan design.
- Site Planner will provide consultants with GGP standards for design and construction practices, and monitor adherence and variations from standards as required by specific project needs.
- Site Planner will make recommendations on amendments to consultants"&tm; solutions to design problems to increase cost effectiveness, expedite construction, facilitate leasing, etc.
- Site Planner will be responsible for planning work ranging from .5 acre out-parcels to major mall re-developments, and coordinate efforts with leasing team to ensure most effective overall development of GGP assets.
- Site Planner will coordinate with leasing and development to arrange property subdivision as necessary.
- Site Planner will provide development group with legal exhibits produced on site or by consultants that fulfill all department store requirements and standards, while providing GGP with the most economical and versatile plans for ultimate development.
- Site Planner will provide proposed site plans and lease plans (CAD) to supplement leasing activities for proposed re-developments / expansions / new developments, etc.
- Site Planner will research and make recommendations for materials, software acquisition to aid in departmental planning efforts.
- Site Planner will produce internal / external presentations (Power Point) for board information, etc. showing current projects, proposed new projects and properties needing attention.

Required Skills:
- BS or BA in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2 to 5 years experience
- AutoCAD Release 14; Photoshop;Word; Excel
