Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Senior

Key Role: Work as part of a growing line of business for Booz Allen. Develop Lean and Six Sigma consulting methods for clients within the oil and gas and utility industries. Provide leadership by ensuring the appropriate methodology design and deployment of Lean events, including Six Sigma DMAIC projects. Provide oversight and program management to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of products. Develop and manage key client relationships and manage projects and ensure their compliance. Generate new client opportunities and work with senior management to develop and deliver against account plans and maintain responsibility for staff development. Start developing a portfolio of business of approximately $1,000,000 and establish a proven track record of solid project delivery.



Functional/Industry Knowledge:

-7+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma product delivery

-5+ years of experience with a top 5 consulting firm or large integrator preferred

-5+ years of experience with project teams with direct responsibility for people development

-5+ years of experience with managing large projects of $1,000,000+, including client, program, financial, and contracts management

-Experience with the oil and gas or utility industry required

-Experience with managing the development and delivery of Lean Six Sigma projects

-Experience with large-scale organization transformation and design, Business Process Reengineering, performance and change management, or Business Requirements Definition preferred

-Experience with business development

 

Education/Certifications or equivalent required:

BS degree in CS, EE, or a related field required; MA or MS degree preferred

Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification required
