SOFTWARE ENGINEER

 

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain system software for the company?s call processing platform, call center management platform and related products;

-Products are primarily based on Java, C++, and Visual Basic under Windows 2000 and Server 2003 operating systems.

-Perform functional specification, design, coding, debugging and testing of software enhancements and system-level features

 

Qualifications Needed:

-BSCS or related degree

-1 to 2 years? software development experience

-Ability to develop multi-threaded, server-based processes in Java; inter-process communications using TCP/IP in Java; Web development with HTML/JSP/Tomcat

-Knowledge of modern software test practices and procedures

-Other highly desirable skills/experience include JSF/Struts, Microsoft Visual C++, VoIP, CTI, Crystal Reports, Swing, database development in SQLServer and/or Oracle, software product life cycles including RUP and XP, and Web development and debugging tools including Ethereal
