Software Engineers – Entry Level Considered

Several opportunities for entry level software engineers on Long Island and in Manhattan.

 

Software Engineer ? C/C++  Windows and LINUX

 

Long Island. BS in Computer Science plus any experience in developing LINUX applications. Should be familiar with any Linux platforms such as Fedora, SUSE, Mandrake, etc. Any experience writing at the Kernel level would be a great plus. Familiarity with C++/Windows programming is expected. Entry level considered.

 

Embedded Software Engineer ? DSP - entry level considered

 

Long Island. Will be responsible for designing, modifying, writing and implementing software and firmware programming applications for embedded systems and equipment.  BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science required, plus at least two or three years experience developing software in C, C++, or C#.  Special attention will be paid to candidates who have experience with digital signal processing, especially work with the TI DSP processor.

 

Software Engineer ? Unix - entry level considered

 

New York City. Will develop software, support software, or implement software used in major financial institutions. BSCS plus knowledge or experience with C/C++ and Unix is required. Several openings with a Manhattan, New York City based financial software developer. The client employs hundreds of people worldwide, and is growing rapidly.
