Software Engineers- Mid to Senior level needed, ASP.NET, C#

POSITIONS: Mid to Senior level Software Engineers


REQUIREMENTS:

? 2+ years Software development experience, especially working with team in a rapid development environment

? Full understanding of the product development life cycle and have direct experience working through an entire delivery cycle

? Proven experience working with current processes and developing methods to improve them

? Ability to manage development timelines, track project details, and estimate time requirements and delivery dates

? Experience abstracting client requirements into generalized functionality

? Excellent communication skills

? Ability to relay complex technical information to non-technical clients and team members

? Experience measuring productivity of software engineers

? Knowledge of current web technologies, networking infrastructure, systems integration, communications techniques, and relational database design a strong plus

? Experience leading a software engineering team in a process and standards driven environment mirroring the Software Engineering Institute CMM type framework is a strong plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

? Minimum 2 years experience Microsoft .NET technologies

? BA degree in Computer Science or related degree

? Development of large-scale enterprise web-based applications with high throughput transaction

? Web-based back-end databases.

? Microsoft development environments: ASP.NET, COM, ASP, SQL Server, XML, VB.NET, C# and web services

? Strong technical ability in n-tier and web applications with Microsoft technologies.

? All phases of database-driven architecting, design, implementation, and maintenance

? CMM Level 2 or CMM Level 3 experience a strong plus

? MSSQL database experience a plus

? Oracle development experience a plus
