Yoh Engineering, a leading provider of long- and short-term technology talent to knowledge-based companies, has an opening for SolidWorks Mechanical Engineer. Direct hire in Tucson, AZ.
Description:
Join a small team of electronic and mechanical engineers in developing hand-held consumer products. Major part of the job will be to design sheet metal and plastic housings for these electronic devices. Knowledge of plastic part design, GD&T, tooling, and design for manufacturability key to this position. You will be responsible for all of your own design/drafting in SolidWorks. Company environment is very friendly/casual, with room for your creative input.
REQUIREMENTS
BSME plus 7-10 years experience in mechanical design engineering. Experience in small assemblies and proficiency with SolidWorks required. Applicable experience would be design of cell phones, hand tools, remote controls, etc. Local AZ candidates preferred.
