Sr Business Process Analyst - 15690

Job Description: This person will act as the CAPA/non-conformance expert on the team providing knowledge of Boston Scientific CAPA processes and business requirements. Applicant should have strong knowledge of lower-level CAPA processes related to feeder systems (manufacturing non-conformances, incoming quality inspection, sterilization non-conformances, etc.) as well as higher-level CAPA processes. Applicant will be responsible for working with business users and the GCAPA team to design, test, document, and rollout the GCAPA solution. A key part of the role will involve co-ordination of common requirements across all BSC manufacturing locations.



Specific responsibilities will include:

* Work with site representatives from all BSC sites to define and document requirements for developing GCAPA system functionality for lower-level (e.g. nonconforming event) functionality

* Work with software and services providers to spec the software solution

* Create system acceptance test specifications and for support of acceptance testing of the common components; participate in the system validation activities (script writing and execution, validation documentation)

* Ensure that Quality management representatives at all sites are prepared for deployment of the CAPA solution

* Work with site management, the training community, and users to deploy the GCAPA solution

QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self starter with strong, proactive work ethic

Solid understanding of BSC manufacturing and quality business processes

Solid understanding and experience of BSC non-conformance and CAPA processes.

Solid understanding of quality and regulatory processes on the shop floor

Some knowledge of existing global applications (PDM, SAP)

Ability to implement complex software applications in a multi-site environment a plus

Project Management skills a plus
