We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Chemical Engineer in our Ramsey, MN manufacturing facility. As the Sr. Chemical Engineer you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving both dip coating and Anti-Reflective coating processes for our polycarbonate ophthalmic lenses. This includes participation in new product development and quality improvement activities while leading process improvement efforts. Responsibilities include developing and improving cleaning process and lens coatings; implementing new processes and equipment; coordinating operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of equipment.

This position requires at minimum a Bachelors degree in Chemistry with 5 years experience. Manufacturing engineering experience in operations, product development or project management a plus. Individuals must have the ability to communicate technical requirements to hourly personnel and to train and motivate others.
