Job Description:

?Supporting Business Development with client presentations and proposal preparation.
?Providing and assigning qualified personnel to projects and reviewing employees regularly to assess performance and establish training requirements.
?Maintaining quality levels on all projects by ensuring adherence to the company?s Quality System.
?Maintaining a business focus, ensuring adequate staffing and supervising assigned personnel.
?Ensuring that the work executed by the Process/Mechanical team is technically correct, safe and supports project and functional goals.
?Defining the scope of design and developing the design basis.
?Developing and optimizing conceptual designs, process configurations, process flow diagrams/P&ID?s for process, utility, off-sites and environmental systems.
?Preparing design and material specifications.
?Ensuring that systems design adequately provide for the safety and operability of the plant.
?Chairing cGMP and HAZOP reviews of project designs.
?Establishing basic process control requirements and philosophies for all process systems.

Requirements:

Senior Construction Manager with minimum of 15 years experience. This is a senior position with a client interface and an interface with corporate management.Large A/E and CM environment
Pharmaceutical / Process engineering work environment,Significant CM Projects > ?150m- Reliable
Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
