Sr Electrical Engineer I

Job Description: Electronics Designer with minimum 4 years experience in analog design . Must have knowledge of circuit board layout and overall system grounding. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment. Will support product development through various phases: concept phases, preliminary design, detailed design, hardware build, integration, validation & verification, to early production. Knowledge of power supply design, servo controls, telemetry systems, and video sensor interfaces desired. Must be proficient in one or more of the following areas: amplifier and filter design, analog to digital conversion (A/D, D/A). Complete understanding and wide application of technical theories and concepts in the field. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Work only under general direction. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Required Skills: Command of analysis tools (PSPICE, Analog Workbench). Knowledge and use of lab common equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzer, etc). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. At a minimum an Interim Secret clearance will be required to start. Must have complete understanding and appreciation of technical themes & concepts; develope solutions independantly, project to management skills.

Desired Skills: Digital circuit knowledge, VHDL, processors.

Required Education(including Major): BSEE desired, MSEE preferred; with minimum 4 years experience.
