Sr. FTP Systems Engineer and Engineer Operations

Requirements Must have an Engineering degree, preferably in Systems Engineering.
An MBA and/or Program Management certification preferred.
10+ years progressive experience with strong technical knowledge and skills in stabilization, weapons, fire control systems, sensors, electro-optics, and IR technology.
Must have experience in both DoD and commercial industries.
Will be using advance analytical techniques, modifying and extending theories, precepts, and practices in the engineering field.
Ability and experience identifying and developing subordinate managerial and technical personnel.
Must have experience at Senior Management level to interface with ROI President and Board of Directors.
Strong management and leadership experience required.
Must have or be able to obtain a secret security clearance.

Additional Information:
1.This is an Executive-level, leadership position.
2.The person must have Systems Integrator experience-making systems function by drawing upon his/her Systems Engineering, Hardware, Technology and Systems Software knowledge and experiences.
3.The person should have recent large to medium company Department of Defense experience.
4.There must be demonstrated evidence in the person's career path of advancement and taking on increased responsibilities.
5.The person must have demonstrated budgetary management experience.
6.An Academic or University Research background would not be appropriate for the needs of this position.
8.Previous experience working with fire control systems, sensor, stabilization, gyros, optics, weapons systems, etc. would be a plus.
9.Previous military experience or knowledge of the military would be a plus.
