The employee will work in the equipment engineering group maintaining front end process equipment for TFT LCD research and development.

Primary Responsibilities: 1) Repair and maintenance of front end process equipment. 2) Assist with equipment upgrades and modifications. 3) Assist researcher with process development projects. 4) Oversee document control of equipment log books entries. 4) Track and record equipment baselines. 5) Update PM procedures. 6) Process TFT lots when needed.

Must be a self driven individual willing to learn new equipment sets and be able to multiplex between multiple equipment repairs, and research project,.
