Sr. Management Level/Ownership/Office Mgr/Mech HVAC

Our client, a mid size branch office of a larger California based MEP firm is seeking a very important person to add to their staff. They are preparing for succession and are in need of (1) more Sr. level Mechanical HVAC engineer for a core senior level management opportunity. Depending on the level of the candidate will determine the time frame needed to take over the management of the San Francisco branch of this firm. At any level one will be offered ownership in the form of stock; only the time frame to become a Partner will vary depending on one's experience. If one is currently a Principal or Partner in your current opportunity, please consider this opening-will consider all levels of experience and would not be concerned about offerin g Partnership to someone currently at that level.
Candidates must have mgmt skills; experience at managing at least 5-10 others, strong client, engineering and business development skills. Projects include hi tech and biopharmacuetical facilities, experience on medical and educational projects a plus. They do a lot of work for architectural firms where they are the subconsultant.
Compensation: On top of salary, they offer a car or car allowance, cellphone, laptop, 401K contribution, insurances as well as significant bonuses and additional bonus in an ESOP stock option plan.
MUST be a degreed registered mechanical engineer with background in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
WANT candidates that reside in CALIFORNIA or have ties to that area. Afraid of relocating because of the high cost of living if you are not aware or have no connections to the area.
