QualificationsThe minimum requirements are a BS degree in a technical discipline with 15+ years experience in the areas of lithography, DFM, and/or yield management. An advanced degree and a history of writing and presenting technical papers are strongly desired.ResponsibilitiesThis is a Sr. Director of Marketing role in KLA-Tencor's Wafer Inspection Division, one of the core groups of KLA-Tencor's yield control business. The Wafer Inspection Division conceives, develops, manufactures, and markets patterned-wafer inspection equipment for the front end semiconductor manufacturing process counting all major semiconductor manufacturers amongst its key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing leadership for litho-related solutions tied to our wafer-inspection product portfolio. This will include product definition, evangelizing litho-related product-development internally and externally, and selling litho-related products. Establishing joint-developments with key customers, writing technical papers, and speaking at technical conferences is also required.
