Sr. NVH Test Engineer

We have an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing global automotive supplier as a Sr. NVH Test Engineer at our Auburn Hills, MI location.

OVERVIEW:

The Sr. NVH Test Engineer will be responsible for leading the day-to-day technical operations and the procurement of resources within the NVH Test Lab. Daily activities will be to testing an exhaust system or component; diagnosing an NVH issue; and following-up with a recommended solution.. The person filling this position will work closely with the product teams to meet testing and evaluation needs of the customer, as well as present capabilities and answer questions at quote reviews.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree or better in Engineering or related field with strong NVH focus; 5+ years automotive NVH experience; broad knowledge of engineering techniques and principles with an emphasis is test methods and reporting; hands-on experience in running NVH tests; experience with building and operating test equipment; strong computer skills and technical background.
