Sr. Process Engineer

Requirements:

BS Chemical Engineering, 8+ years experience in batch chemical processing and quality/ process improvement. Experience leading problem solving teams and experience using statistical analysis. Experience with FDA required, and cGMP guidelines and Six Sigma are a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

Working in the batch chemical facility of an international manufacturing company operating under FDA guidelines, the position will lead process improvement teams using statistical analysis tools to analyze current manufacturing practices with a goal of continuous improvement. The individual will recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements along with the required validation documentation. This position will work directly with external and internal resources to explore new opportunities for product and process improvements. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated experience using root cause and statistical analysis to improve quality and reduce cost. This is a high visibility position requiring strong organizational, team leadership and communications skills.

Our client is located in southern Delaware within a short drive to the beaches.
