Position Description:

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS: Depending on the specific project assignment, will perform applicable functions from the following: Develops test requirements, specifications and functional test patterns for the product. Performs logic and circuit design verification via software and hardware to determine product performance, process and test sensitivities. Develops specifications for new products based on an understanding of complex system-level requirements. Supports correlation efforts between various test set ups and customer applications. Works on related projects and/or assignments as needed.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A technology related Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience plus 2 years of related experience. Requires proven current work experience programming in a JAVA or C++ OO environment. Requires working knowledge of various components of a manufacturing test cell, including ATE, device handler, and thermal control. Knowledge of semiconductor physics, system-level design and/or integrated circuit design. An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience requirement.
