PURPOSE:
As Senior Program Manager for the FlexMobile Segment, you will act as the Gatekeeper in making key project decisions.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The Sr Program Manager will:
Act as the requestor of the project, by completing/submitting the assignment specification.
Act as Management Representative at customer negotiations (contract issues) and steering group meetings.
Be responsible for the account management - the day to day contact with customers relating to design activities.
Prepare business cases and quotes to the customer.
Provide support to the Project Manager and/or if applicable the Global/Lead Project Manager in securing the resources for the project.
Approve the project specification and quality specification.
Make decisions regarding internal quality revisions.
Inform team members responsible for quality and process about new projects.
Inform Business Responsible about new business opportunities.
Regularly update the project information in the applicable project databases.
Secure finance for the project and make decisions regarding extra costs.


Job Requirements:


REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will have:
An appropriate undergraduate degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, ideally within the mobile phones industry.
The ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, cultures, and levels within the organization.
