Seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy commercial construction bridgework in the Texas market. Candidate must be an aggressive "go getter".

Job Duties:
Directs projects supervisors in the implementation of E.E.O., Safety, and Preventive Maintenance policies as per Company policies. Supervises the field office personnel and coordinates the field engineers to meet the needs of the project superintendents. Reviews all billings to ensure accurate reflection of job cost. Process all change orders as required by Project Owners. Schedules, through the Division Manager, the need for salaried personnel and major equipment. Schedules and releases, all permanent materials as requested from the project superintendents. Orders all TCM and special equipment as requested by superintendents. Reviews activity analysis, five-day schedules, and item cost with the project superintendents to see that manpower needs are in line.
Schedules all sub-Contractors operations to ensure that the project is being built without delays waiting on subs. Maintains all job cost controls established by the Division Manager and takes appropriate action to keep costs in line. Schedules the job and updates schedule as job progresses or changes. Discuss schedule, project needs, needs for change orders with owners and owners representatives.
Job Experience:
Star candidate MUST have a minimum of 10-15 years experience as a Project Manager on bridge projects in Texas and be familiar with TXDOT procedures and standards.
