Responsibilities: Under the North America Region Quality Manager Supervision, helps the area / districts Quality representative to implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Systems based on ISO / API standards. Troubleshoots operational problems, qualifies and audits operations suppliers, executes internal audits, develops QMS documentation and trains Operations personnel on the use of the QMS. Follows up the corrective and preventive actions and ensures the continual improvement of the organization's processes.


Skill Requirements: Excellent communication and analytical skills. Interpretation of the standards used for Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance. Auditing skills. General knowledge of Baker Oil Tools product lines.


Education/Experience: Industrial Engineer or equivalent education. 3+ years experience on Quality Management Systems implementation.
