SENIOR SYSTEMS (EE) ENGINEER

You will be designing/developing electrical systems consisting of instrumentation and control system designs for use in large scale capital equipment.  Responsibilities include:

 Knowledge of feedback control systems and wafer handling robotics.Ability to design Electro-mechanical subsystems for instrumentation, power and control system applications. Ability to design analog/digital circuits, control circuits, motion control, data acquisition, and designing for EMC considerations.  Ability to execute conceptual designs, detailed design and release of products to manufacturing.Ability to evaluate system designs for cost and manufacturability performance targets.  Creation of engineering/production schematics - control and pneumatics for sub-assembly and system level diagrams.Knowledge of proper grounding and shielding practices.Ability to design harnesses and cables systems for high volume manufacturing applications.Ability to deliver technical presentations in support of product proposals and engineering design reviews.Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems.

 

 

BSEE (MSEE preferred) or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years experience.  Proficiency with electrical and electronic design tools as well as MS Office applications is required.  Experience in semiconductor industry is desirable.

 

 

This position is located in Gloucester, Massachusetts. We will relocate.
