The Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer integrates with all the disciplines and specialty groups on a product/project team to realize reliable products based on established techniques that build upon reliability targets for design elements to that of the system level. This person is responsible ensuring that bioMerieux products are designed and developed in such a way that the product meets its stated reliability goals throughout the life of the product, from concept through development, and continuing through field assessments.BS/BA in engineering or similar field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in related areas.Basic competence in statistics, risk analysis and life data analysis.Familiarity with accelerated life testing, reliability block diagrams and fault tree.Knowledge of FDA, QSR, ISO and company quality systems.Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings.Self-motivated and self-directedAbility to scheduleInterpersonal skills.Organizational skills.Ability to troubleshootCQE or CRE desired
