Sr. Tooling Engineer

Requirements and qualifications:  A minimum of eight years experience (after apprenticeship) with transfer and/or progressive dies, three years of experience in tool design review (including launch experience, customer interface exposure, APQP involvement, and experience hosting die reviews), a solid understanding of both GDT and SPC, exposure to FEA and die simulation, experience using Windows environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), (AutoCAD experience desired), excellent communication skills, the ability to interact positively with customers, the ability to lead and drive the APQP process, a high level of self-motivation and organizational planning, the ability/willingness to work varied hours and to travel internationally, and a strong work history.


Educational Requirements:  Qualified applicants will have completed a state certified apprenticeship program (Bachelor's Degree desired),
