Resp. for Final Assy Mfg & Tool Build Plan coordinated with Operations and Purchasing.
Sikorsky in-house over-site to Functional Engineering Platform Process Engrs on; Tooling issues; requirmements; Rate thresholds, Lead-time, estimates. & Budgets.
Responsible for coordinated Tool Requirements Plan and Execution per WBS/EVMS or Equiv. C/o w/ Dwg release sched
Coordinate and Communicate Tool Reqmnts w/ AFO Mfg Center.
Ergonomic assessment of all Tool Designs and Concepts.
Manage Prgm/Center Tooling Budget.
Reviews all new TDOs for Schedule and content
Corrdinate all New Design and Build offload Tooling Packages originated from the Platform Team through Tool Tryout.


BS Engineering, Engineering Technology
MS/MBA preferred

7 to 10 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, Program experience. Highly motivated, flexible individual with excellent communication skills. Must have a good knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing process, and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization
