Staff Process Engineer
Position Description
Process development and characterization, yield optimization in Fab and back end.
Primary Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process development/integration at wafer foundries. Discrete, CMOS, BiCMOS and BiPolar processes
2. Process/Device simulation and characterization
3. Qualification and sustain production in fab
4. Accomplish target yields
5. Implement failure analysis and reporting
Incumbent Qualifications:
Education: BS in Electrical Engineering, MS Preferred
Experience:
Experience in fables semiconductor operation
At least 5 years experience in fab and at least 3 years experience with international wafer foundries
Knowledge on device and process integration
Knowledge of process simulation tools
Experience with test and characterization equipment
Knowledge of packaging technology
Experience in testing a plus
