Staff Process Integration Engineer (PMOS)

 

Provide technical leadership in the development of new and improved process architectures for discrete power MOSFETs.  Will be responsible for process development, characterization, yield, and long-term reliability issues.  Working with device and process module engineering in cross-functional teams.  New product development and production sustaining are also a major part of the job.

Candidates should have MS or Ph.D. in EE or Physics and at least 5 years experience in process integration. Must have knowledge of power MOSFET process architectures and fundamental process/ device interactions.  Experience in the design and evaluation of parametric test structures.  A demonstrated understanding of the basic science involved in the fabrication of power MOSFETs including photolithography, wet and dry etching, thin film deposition, thermal film growth, dopant diffusion and ion implantation.  A demonstrated capability to use simulation tools for process development. Experience in trench power MOSFET process development knowledge is preferred.
