Staff or Senior Staff Engineer

*Multiple opportunities available in locations throughout southern California. 

 

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical specialty (Masters preferred) 

1-4 years active field and/or laboratory engineering experience (will consider entry level with excellent academic record) 

EIT completed or pending 

Strong organization and written/oral communication skills 

 

Position Duties:

Perform subsurface investigations for residential, commercial and public work projects 

Review and summarize laboratory test data 

Perform engineering analyses for foundation designs, slope stability, and seismic hazards 

Review grading and foundation plans for conformance 

Perform or supervise field technician work 

Prepare design requirements, technical reports, and proposals
