Provide FI Training and Coaching to the FI pillar leaders within selected QTG plants on FI systems including:
-Rapid Change Overs, FI 7 steps, Loss Analysis, Why-Why Analysis, Downtime Tracking, Review and Response, Reapplication, FI Tool Box, etc.
-Power FactoRE ?FI tools (Improvement Analysis and Rate and Throughput Cost Optimization)
-Learn and apply the Power FactoRE FI tools (Improvement Analysis and Rate and Throughput Cost Optimization). Become a trainer on these tools.
-Lead FI workshops in selected QTG plants (as workshop leader and / or team facilitator). ??Follow-up with plant resources to ensure effective knowledge transfer and those tools are imbedded in plant FI process.
-Lead or facilitate FI teams/interventions/strike teams targeted against high loss areas in one or more QTG plants. ??Include recognized experts from across the company to provide insight at intervention. ?Ensure insight gained during intervention is incorporated in system documentation (training, case studies, etc.)
-Support (sponsor / facilitate) technology networks for targeted technologies (like pouching ?) to accelerate the rate of reapplication and progress across different plants ?
-Support continuous improvement of the Reapplication process by incorporating Starfleet concepts into selected QTG plants or technologies
-Provide FI support on ?no debate? implementations by Starfleet leaders and teams
-Coach Starfleet teams in the FI approach/methodologies

Provide strong support to the FI pillar across QTG by:
-Being a System Owner to one or more FI systems across QTG
-FI Period Scorecard roll up and summary and MRT maintenance
-FI Reapplication system
-Workshop preparation
-HF TE Review support
-FI Ops Board Summary Owner
-Maintain ?best practice? documentation for the system including completed case studies
-Maintain training materials for the system
-Provide coaching/facilitation on the system, certifying additional trainers as necessary
-Supporting FI pillar effort including ?the development of system documentation, training, ?& network meetings
-Accomplish intermediate skill level within FI.
-Improve skills of Process Improvement Engineer (PIE) roles in the sites through training and coaching. ?
-Assignment is a possible progression as a site TPM leader

Qualifications:
-4 year college degree
-5+ years of experience
-Demonstrated FI skills (loss analysis, 7 Step methodology, RCO)
-Experience leading successful FI teams
-Proven training/coaching record (experience with training FI tools preferred)
-Strong communication and project management skills
-Good influence management skills

Location of Role:
-Chicago or large QTG plant
