Supervisor-Tech Support

This position is located in our FL, Tyndall AFB facility

Supervise a team of technicians that support the Air Force's 24/7 Air Operations Group. The team is responsible for the O&M and installation for all communications equipment in support of the AOG mission. Candidate required to attend customer meetings, prepare budgets/shift schedules, manage subcontractors, lead a technical team, and maintain ADCS documentation (drawings, trouble tickets, & etc.).

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.

Requires a minimum of 7 years experience in telecommunications.
Experience in labor relations/managing employees subject to a collective bargaining agreement a plus
A minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity manageing teams of 5-10 people is highly desired.
Expereince with Nortel, Avtec, and CISCO are desireable.


Candidate must be able to lift 60 lbs. Candidate must be able to secure and maintain a secret security clearance.
