We are currently seeking a Supervisor of Development Services to manage the testing and release of all third party products, including PCs and related peripherals required across Gerber Technology's product line based on product management input.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manage the development of online help systems, release notes, new documentation and other supporting literature as required.Development and maintenance of all hardware related documentation. This would include the development of a scheduled review and update of the existing hardware manuals and execute upon that schedule. Coordinate translation of hardware-related manuals, online help and other documentation. Partner internally as well as with other organizations to ensure a consistent and up-to-date documentation toolset. Supporting Gerber Service, you will assist in addressing escalation events and you will support the continuing engineering portal by managing the publishing of content, technical reports and the development of web-based content in support of various projects.

 REQUIREMENTS:

 

Successful applicants will posses a Bachelors degree in Engineering with 5-10 years of product design and development experience. Must have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering, testing, ECO, and documentation.

 

Must have strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). SAP experience strongly desired. Strongly seeking experience in the following: Microsoft SharePoint, SourceSafe, Tracker and various high-level programming languages.

 

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, organized, team oriented and has a strong commitment to deliver results. Must be able to work under minimal supervision, and in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for success.
