About the Position

Broder Bros., Co. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to help in managing and setting the inventory targets & inventory turns, SKUs assortment planning, forecasting and execution of annual inventory programs to minimize the inventory investment while maximizing the customer service level.

 

Responsibilities

Determine and maintain proper inventory targets and adjust inventory target to be efficient while meeting fill-rate needs across all 17 warehousesAnalyze and report on various inventory metrics as well as customer service metricsTrack and analyze inventory days on hand, target inventory levels and lead time variability etc.Work as a cross functional team member to identify slow moving and obsolete inventoriesCoordinate inventory planning related activities with cross functional areas such as Distribution, Sales, Finance and ITSupport supply chain initiatives as needed with data analysis and reportingMaintain and validate business data and perform ad-hoc data analysis



RequirementsBS/BA degree (or equivalent). Masters in Business or Industrial Engineering preferred2 to 4 years experience in supply chain, preferably in the distribution industry.  APICS certification (CPIM) preferred. Strong analytical, quantitative and data management skills with ability to look at information creatively and develop proposals for process improvements based on findings from data. Expert skills in Microsoft Access, Excel and Data Management required. Business Object experience will be helpful.Must be team oriented individual who works well with others in various levels and departments (Sales, Purchasing, Distribution, IT & Finance).
