Job Description

Manages Supply Chain Engineering projects to develop and implement new products, materials, manufacturing processes and business processes involving departmental or cross functional teams. Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors projects from initiation through delivery. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints. May require managing current product engineering tasks for a specific product, material, process or group of productsmaterialsprocesses. Interface to other engineering, functional disciplines or suppliers to solve complex problems. Sustains products, materials and processes with Quality, yield and cost improvements.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years related experience
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science. M.S. preferred.
Complex program or project management experience
Advanced business degree preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Quality methods
Demonstrated ability to solve difficult engineering problems in creative and effective ways
German language skills a plus
