ISET Inc., located in Chatsworth, is a rapidly growing company engaged in R&D and Manufacturing of next generation thin film solar cells. ISET?s is in the process of commercializing its patented technology for manufacturing low-cost thin film Copper-Indium-Gallium Selenide (CIGS) solar cells. ISET?s technology is used to fabricate solar cells for terrestrial, portable, and space power applications using rigid and flexible substrates.

Qualifications:
MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
? BS/MS/Ph.D. in Chemistry or Material Science.
? Experience with or strong interest in methods of inorganic synthesis.
? Preferably hands on experience in formulating of inks (colloidal suspensions), and inorganic suspensions in aqueous and non-aqueous media.

Responsibilities:
? Synthesizing mixed metal-oxide nanoparticle inks of electronic materials.
? Formulating colloidal suspensions (inks) in both aqueous and non-aqueous solvents.
? Developing new ink formulations.
? Characterizing pigments and inks to ensure that they meet required standards.
? Maintaining rigorous documentation for process qualification and communicating them to management.
